"We Started the company on a notion that barrel PvD coating quality and performance does not have to be a one or another game . We were seeing many quality barrel manufactures out there selling wonderful looking products but barrel coating did not perform well over a period of constant abuse . 

So we decided  to see if we could create a barrel that not only looks good but  would also clean faster and require less oil during operation and hold up to the stress of constant shooting .

After many tireless months of range time and testing :)  we had figured out the formula to achieve  both goals.

We can make this bold claim because at Blackbeard Arms we are not sending our barrels out to a third party for the final finishing process like most other manufactures  do.

All of our barrels stay in house to make sure that the right PvD coating steps are being taken to ensure that our barrels will last for thousands and thousands of rounds."
